Privacy and application information

ICN uses your account and contact details to provide your account, process orders and send service updates. Marketing emails are optional and can be changed in your notification preferences.

Business applications

Your business details and supporting documents help ICN verify your business and decide which business prices apply. Business account approval is separate from trade credit approval.

Trade credit applications

The application asks for business registration information, applicant identity information, bank statements and your credit request. ICN's authorised finance team reviews this information to assess your application and may request further information. Applying does not guarantee a credit offer.

Application documents are stored privately. You can access your own credit documents while signed in; authorised finance staff can access them for review. Passwords are stored as hashes and are never included in application drafts or sent by email.
